This overwhelms me a little. I sure hope Im making the right decision because Ive decided to go to culinary school after I graduate! Ive been thinking about for awhile now and Ive decided its what I really want to do. Im applying to couple of different schools in Portland, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. I hope I get into at least one. The really hard part will be deciding where I should go.
