everyone meet my happy light. thats right i have a happy light. its suppose to help with the winter blues. its been very cloudy and rainy(and we all know how much i love the sun) so i thought i could use a little help. i love my happy light.

i also wanted to add a quote today. i was reading a conference talk and thought this was awesome! seriously...its great.
