Poetry

I joined a poetry club today and Im really excited about it. Everyday there is a new topic and you write a poem on it. The best part is you can make up a username so you can be anonymous. Dont worry Im not going to post my poems everyday but I thought I would share my first poem. Todays topic was painting. Oh and please dont expect anything great. Im definitely working on my poetry writing skills.

Ive been working on a painting of mine
I hope to see the finish results someday
It isn't perfect and never will be
But Ill love it all the same
Sometimes my painting stops
And I don't know what should come next
Even though this painting of mine isn't visible
I see it everyday
I hope one day someone will want to share
This painting of mine I call life.
